Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Website projects involve real design and development time from the moment we start, so refunds depend on how far the project has progressed. We aim to be fair and clear about this before you pay.

1. Before work starts

If you cancel after paying the advance but before we have started work (no design, content or setup done), we refund the full amount, less any payment-gateway charges that the payment provider does not return to us.

2. After work has started

If you cancel once design or development has begun but before the design is approved, we keep a portion of the advance that reflects the work already done and refund the rest. We will tell you the exact split in writing before refunding.

3. After design approval or launch

Once you have approved the design, or the website has gone live, the project fee is non-refundable, because the work has been delivered. We will still fix anything that does not work as agreed, at no extra cost, within the support period of your plan.

4. If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to deliver what we agreed in your proposal, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, we will refund the portion of the fee for the undelivered work.

5. Domain, hosting and third-party costs

Amounts we have already paid to third parties on your behalf (for example domain registration or paid licences) are non-refundable, as we cannot recover them from those providers.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@techbloster.com from the address you used with us, with your name, business name and the reason. We will reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
