Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use techbloster.com or hire TechBloster ("we", "us") to design and build a website. By using the site or engaging us you agree to them.

1. Our services

We design, build and launch websites and related add-ons (such as WhatsApp buttons, contact forms, maps and basic SEO) for businesses. What is included in each plan — number of pages, revisions, support period and delivery time — is described on our Pricing page and confirmed in the quote or proposal we send you. If a proposal differs from the website, the proposal applies.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Unless stated otherwise in your proposal, an advance is payable before work starts and the balance is due before the website is launched or handed over. Prices may not include taxes, third-party subscriptions, paid plugins, stock media, or payment-gateway charges; anything extra is agreed with you in advance.

3. What we need from you

Delivery times start once we have your content (text, logo, images, product details) and any approvals we ask for. Delays in providing these can delay launch. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you give us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Revisions and changes

Each plan includes the number of revision rounds listed on the Pricing page. A revision round is a consolidated set of changes to the agreed design. Changes that go beyond the agreed scope, or extra rounds, are quoted separately.

5. Ownership

Once the website has been delivered and paid for in full, the website and its content belong to you. Until then, we keep ownership of the work. We may reuse general know-how, and unless you ask us not to, may show the finished site in our portfolio. Third-party components (fonts, plugins, stock media) stay under their own licences.

6. Domain and hosting

Where a plan includes a domain and hosting for the first year, renewals after that year are billed at cost. Keeping domain and hosting renewed is your responsibility once the included period ends.

7. Support and maintenance

Plans include the support period stated on the Pricing page. Ongoing changes after that period can be covered by a separate maintenance arrangement.

8. Using this website

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping or spam through the contact form, and no unlawful use. We may block access that we reasonably believe is abusive.

9. No guarantees of results

We build websites to be fast, clear and lead-focused, but we cannot guarantee particular search rankings, traffic, sales or leads, as these depend on factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, after we have first tried in good faith to resolve it with you directly.
